About Community Links, Inc.

The purpose of Community Links, Inc. is to provide comprehensive support services to adults that will promote their highest level of independence. The target population is adults with:

  • traumatic brain injury
  • spinal cord injury
  • developmental disability
  • geriatric clients

Community Links, Inc. provides services to clients and families in Northwestern Michigan and Greater Southeastern Michigan. This program extends the continuum of care throughout the community. As needs change, Community Links, Inc. works with clients, families, and providers to develop an appropriate treatment designed to maximize independence.
